He lost his power, was captured and blinded after revealing his secret.
Azazel	N/A							x3 Black Hearts	Unlocked by making 3 deals with the devil in a Single run Capable of gaining Red Heart containers, unlike ???. Starting tears are a short-ranged version of Brimstone.	Hebrew word for "scapegoat," or sometimes understood as "demon" or "fallen angel". In the Bible, a goat marked "for Azazel" had the sins of the people ritually placed on it, then was taken out to the desert and left there.
Lazarus	3								Unlocked by obtaining 4 soul hearts in a single run Able to resurrect one time, staying in the room he died in with a single red heart.	A friend of Jesus who died and was resurrected by Jesus, walking out of his tomb at Jesus' command, still wrapped in his burial bandages.
Eden	Random	Random	Random	Random	Random	Random	Random	Random	Unlocked by beating Mom's Heart for the first time. Requires Eden tokens to play.	The garden in which Adam and Eve first lived which contained the Tree of Life and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. After Adam and Eve were evicted, an angel with a flaming sword was placed at the entrance of Eden to stop anyone else from entering.
